Meet the Owner: Katherine Bedard
Salon Eleganza was founded in September 2012 by Katie Bedard and her former partner. They have since gone their separate ways, and Katie has taken full ownership of the salon, bringing her passion for hair, art, and fashion to every client. A graduate of the Continental Academy of Hair in 2002, Katie finished early and at the top of her class.
Over the years, she has earned numerous certifications through advanced education programs, including Paul Mitchell Up-Do Styling, Creative Cutting and Styling, Modern Trends, Simply Smooth Keratin Treatments, and Ardell Eyelash Extensions.
Mastering the Art Through Continuous Learning
Education is a cornerstone of Katie’s work—she attended Advanced Color at the TIGI Advance Academy in 2011 and serves as the NH Color Educator for TIGI Copyright Color. Katie enjoys designing a wide range of styles, from soft and classic to bold and edgy, pursuing perfection until her vision comes to life for every client.
When she is not styling hair, Katie spends time with her family and volunteers as a cheerleading coach for the Derry Wolverines, striving to be a positive role model for her daughters and the local youth.

Lori’s passion for hair care spans 28 years, and she is always dedicated to keeping her clients updated on the latest color, cutting, and special occasion trends. Her extensive product knowledge allows her to educate clients and personalize hair care routines that ensure everyday manageability.
Erica O'Conner – Booth Renter
With over ten years of experience, Erica loves styling hair more each day. She specializes in Chi hair color and multidimensional custom foiling and has a creative flair for formal and special occasion styles. Every service is finished with a detailed blow-dry, leaving her clients looking and feeling amazing.
Monica Desjardins – Booth Renter
“Moni-Moni” Rockin‘ Moni brings energy and excitement to every appointment. Before starting, she provides a relaxing scalp massage to set the tone. Monica takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and ensures every person in her chair feels cared for and confident.
